Temples sits near the middle of Surfside, far enough in that the road noise drops away. Downstairs is one long open room. Kitchen at one end, dining table, lounge at the other, and glass doors that fold back so the whole thing runs straight out onto the terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, both quiet.
The numbers matter here, so here they are. 97 sqm inside. Around 77 sqm outside, split between an 18.9 sqm private pool, a terrace of 24 to 32 sqm depending on which villa you get, and a 17.5 sqm balcony off the upstairs bedroom. That is close to half the villa with no roof on it, which is the point. Most of the day happens out there.
The kitchen is a real one. Fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots, plates, cutlery, drinking water. No oven. Enough to cook properly for four, or to get coffee going at 4:40am without waiting for anyone to open.
Suluban is 250 metres away. The first hundred or so is the path, then the stairs, then sand. Board under your arm, no scooter, no parking. Board storage and a fresh water rinse are part of the stay.
Four guests across two bedrooms works out around $58 each. Two couples, or four mates who would rather not share a room. There is a sofa bed in the lounge if someone turns up late.
Reception runs 24 hours, housekeeping comes daily, and the golf cart will run you up to the warungs and back on the nights nobody feels like cooking.

Super moderne, top ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders den Shuttle zum Strand fanden wir hervorragend und den Wasser Automaten in der Wohnung. Zudem ist die Lage perfekt, aktuell wird nur sehr viel gebaut.

Beautiful New Villa
Really nice place! The building is brand new and everything was super clean. The room was really comfortable and had a lovely vibe. The beach is also so close, which was great, and you can request a buggy if you need to get around the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Had a really lovely experience here

I really enjoyed staying here
Everything is close by—gyms, shops, restaurants, and the town. The buggy shuttle service made getting around even easier, so it was very convenient to go anywhere. The facilities were great, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay and relax.
Property looks even nicer than in the pictures. The porch with the outdoor bed was a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices on the menu, and I really liked that it could be ordered at any time of the day. The cappuccino was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was great, and the resort was very peaceful at night, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

I visited Surfside Resort Bali and had a very good impression. It is a big new resort complex in Uluwatu, and some of the villas and units are already operating. The design looks modern, the rooms are spacious, and the living room area is comfortable for relaxing. The private pool in the unit is a great touch. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere and looks like it will be a great place for holidays in Uluwatu.

Perfect spot if you want to stay close to Suluban. We could walk to the beach in about 5 minutes, which made mornings really easy. The villa was new, clean, and very comfortable. Also loved having a private kitchen. The golf cart rides into town were really convenient, especially at night.

Super comfortable new villa, easy beach access, good brekkie and great value for a surf trip
Really enjoyed our stay at Surfside. The villa was new, super comfortable and had a really nice relaxed feel to it. The private pool was a big bonus, especially after a surf. Location was easy — only about 5 minutes to the beach, so it was simple to get down for a wave and cruise around Uluwatu. Breakfast was also great, big portions and really tasty. The place is still in soft opening but nothing that bothered us. The upside is the discount makes it really good value at the moment. Would happily stay again.

We had a really lovely stay here. The accommodation was super comfortable, very new, and had a great design and feel to it. The location was also really good, nice and close to the beach which made it easy to get around and enjoy Uluwatu. The only small downside was the construction nearby, which was a bit loud at times. But seems like half of Uluwatu is under construction at the moment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
